WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING AT STRETCH CENTAR
Our training sessions combine mobility, strength, stability and functional movement. We work on making your body mobile, strong and resilient — not just “in shape.”
Before you start, we conduct a detailed assessment of flexibility, mobility and muscular balance, along with tests that reveal where your limitations are and how to safely correct them. We also use body composition analysis (fat, muscle, water) to track progress and real results.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION
Each training session lasts 45 or 60 minutes, depending on your needs and goals. We work one-on-one, in a calm and clean space, without crowds or stress. Your trainer guides you through precise exercises that develop strength and stability, while also restoring ease and coordination of movement.
For children and young athletes, the focus is on proper postural development and injury prevention, while for adults we combine training with corrective exercise elements for maximum effect.
