Better flexibility, greater range of motion and ease of movement — with the help of a professional therapist.
Why Assisted Stretching
Sitting, stress and repetitive movements create tension in your muscles every day, limiting your movement. Assisted stretching is an effective way to reduce or completely eliminate pain, stiffness, heaviness and sluggishness. With the help of a therapist, your body is stretched through controlled movements that release tension, improve circulation and restore energy.
This treatment is equally beneficial for those who experience the effects of prolonged sitting and injuries, as well as athletes looking for faster recovery and better mobility. After the very first session, your body responds with a feeling of relief and freer movement.
WHAT IS ASSISTED STRETCHING AT STRETCH CENTAR
Assisted stretching (PNF – Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) is a technique in which a therapist guides your movements through precise angles for safe muscle stretching. Alternating muscle activation and relaxation increases range of motion, improves flexibility and reduces tension in the body. Unlike self-stretching, PNF enables a deeper and safer effect because the therapist constantly controls the range of motion and adjusts it to your tolerance and goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION
Sessions are conducted with the help of a therapist, in a calm and relaxing environment. Through gentle movements, guided breathing and gradual stretching, your body releases tension and becomes more mobile after the very first session.
You can choose the duration of the session depending on your needs and time:
30 minutes – focus on the upper or lower body, or the area that causes you tension
45 minutes – complete full-body stretching, ideal for those who sit for long periods or experience back pain
60 minutes – our most popular session, a detailed full-body stretch with a massage gun for additional relaxation and circulation
(We recommend the 60-minute session for the full effect.)
Expected results after a session:
After your very first visit, you will feel relief in your body, better mobility and ease of movement. With regular sessions, your body becomes more flexible, your posture more stable, and pain decreases over time.
