What Does This Program Consist Of?
The program consists of an initial assessment lasting 90 min, followed by a combination of our services, namely: 8 personalized training sessions, 3 assisted stretching sessions, and 1 massage per month. You also receive a free pressotherapy treatment (if you are among the first 10 clients), as well as a mini back program for home and work.
I Have a Disc Herniation - Can I Exercise at All?
Not only can you â you must! But not just any way. With us, every movement is selected according to your condition (what your nerve can tolerate that day and what it cannot). That is why people with disc herniation progress with us and do not worsen their condition.
Is This for Me If I Am Overweight / Never Exercised / Am Over 50 Years Old?
Yes. Our system is designed for “ordinary” people who mostly sit for long periods during the day, are not overly physically active, sometimes have excess weight or have not taken care of their body for decades, and often experience pain.
